Depending on the needs and preparedness of the group we work with, the process can look different. Typically, the process looks as follows:

1. We work with the group to identify and analyze a new market to enter
2. We work the group to identify their strengths and weaknesses and fill in the gaps, whether it is operational expertise, funding, local partners or other aspects of the process. We then work to fill in those gaps together.
3. We work with the group to identify a local lobbyist, local attorney, land and other local partners as required or recommended per state.
4. We work with the group to draft the application and submit.
5. If we are successful in attaining the license, then we work with the group to help them get operational.
